Minutes of the August 2, 1994 Meeting
Chairman doe Dettorre opened the meeting at 2:03 p.m., all members
were present. The new appointed members were welcomed.
The secretary read the last months minutes and doe Sullivan made a
motion seconded by Bob Harshall to accept it as read.
Joe Sullivan stated that the Enterprise account was $30,562.42 as of
duly 25, 1994.
The Director's report was read and Joe Qualantona made a motion seconded
by Bob Marshall to accept
Bids to clean the rugs at the center were Robert Industries - $380.00
at 10¢ a ft. 3,812 sq ft Peyasus - $628.00 total. S.P.R. Cleaning Co.
5,951 sq. ft. $628.00 - Sal Russo. Joe Qualantona made a motion second-
ed by Joe Sullivan to have Sal Russo's Co. do the rug cleaning, all were
in favor.
It was stated to get elevator insurance and contract maintenance, and
liability insurance at the center. Senior Citizen's day is August 4th,
and America 6regor is to be feted.
There will be rules on politeness posted at the lunch site and other end
of the hal1.
It was voted to purchase 43 badges for our staff and volunteers from
Beverly Trophy CO., at $3.00 each for a total price of $129.00.
