Minutes of the July 05, 1994 Meeting
Chairman Joe Dettorre opened the meeting at 2:05 p.m., all members were present.
The secretary read the last months minutes and they were accepted as read.
Joe Sullivan reported that the Enterprise account had a balance of $29,181.42
as of 6/24/94. Petty cash had $127.90. The Friends account had a balance
of $3~842.75,' plus $553.75 included in credit slips.
The director's report was read and after some discussion was accepted.
The rugs in the building are to be cleaned and estimates are to be received.
Pegasus Co., $928.00, $100.00 discount, $628.00 so far.
On August 1, 1994 there will be an ice cream social at the hall, Dick and June
will donate the ice cream.
It was suggested that the current officers be kept for the fiscal 1995 year, so
noted.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:25 p.m.
