Dettorre, Vice Chrm. R. Marshall, Sl Fiorini, J. Qualantona, Jenny Jason. Absent: J. Sullivan. M. Coughlin entered at 2:25 P.M. R. Marshall made a motion to give Chief Pelonzi a key to the Center as he requested. It was seconded by J. Qualantona and voted unanimously to do so for the department's EMT Course. A brief discussion was held relative to the superintendent's request to use the hall for the teachers' workshop. M. Coughlin made a motion seconded by J. Qualantona to table the request until the ad hoc committee consisting of R. Marshall, J. Sullivan, and M. Coughlin, meet with the superintendent to discuss the pertinent details involved in the days requested. So voted. J. Qualantona moved to accept Jim Santin's resignation which was seconded by R. Marshall. Those voting in favor were: J. Dettorre, J. Jason, R. Marshall and J. Qualantona. Those opposed were: S. Fiorini and'M. Coughlin. Motion carried. A letter of resignation was read from Sister Helen of the Meals on Wheels Program. M. Coughlin and S. Fiorini expressed great disappoint- ment. M. Coughlin stated that Sister Helen wished to have it known that she did not resign for reasons of health which was emphasized by S. Fiorini. The next meeting will be held February 13, 1996 at 3:00 P.M., 90 Colon St., Beverly, Ma. at the Senior Center. J. Qualantona made a motion seconded by M. Coughlin to adjourn.
