Meeting for Council members called to start at 7:OOpm at The Indo Pub by
Andrew Houle.
Purpose: To review any grant applications not submitted on -line at the MCC
website, review process of hearing grant appeals and evaluations with new
members. Meet & Greet new members.
Welcomed 3 new members to the council.
Discussed 1 grant e- mailed to us; balanced submitted on line at MCC website.
Total of 36 grant applications this year.
Applicant missed deadline; discussed options she may try instead for 2019
funding.
Discussed presentation length for applicants; 5 minutes each. Will divide list in
half and make appointments during 2 evenings at he Beverly Public Library.
Reviewed this year's grant allotment, and what will carry over from 2018.
Reviewed Grant process with new council members; Q &A.
Meet & Greet with new members.
