useful. Hall suggests that the poster could be used to make post cards highlighting project

map of projects funded.
CPA Plan Updates
Marino said she has gotten some updates from the Recreation Committee and she is going
to review language with them. Bussone said the Housing Authority isn't going to object to
much, but he said he would mention it at the meeting on June 28t' . Pearl suggested to have
Clausen provide an update on the Beverly Housing Trust. Bussone said the housing section
needs an introduction.
Pearl asked if there was a deadline on the plan. McCrory said it would be ideal to have the
plan ready for review at the public hearing in the fall.
CPA Project Signage
Maxner said she does not have much of an update from the city signage committee. Park
signs and beach signs will have a particular look and feel. Maxner said they are developing
policies for consistent signage throughout the city. Maxner would like to see the CPC
finalize language. Maxner said she could add placeholder language to the MOUs for Round
S. "CPA Funds at Work" and "This project received funding assistance from the Citizens of
Beverly through the Community Preservation Act" are two statements that resonated most
with the CPC members. Pearl said they should propose two different sized signs: one for
buildings and one for sites. Pearl asked if they should say that recognition language is
required. Edwards said the applicant could propose signage for approval. Pearl said the
