MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2018

PRESENT. Commissioners Brean, Gentile, Wadsworth, and Trefry
OTHERS PRESENT. City Finance Director Bryant Ayles, Assistant City Solicitor and Mayor's Chief of
Staff Kevin Harutunian
ABSENT. None

A. CALL TO ORDER:
Commissioner Brean announced to those present that the Beverly Airport Commission meeting
scheduled for this evening is cancelled due to a lack of a quorum.
Brean states that he will update those present on a couple of matters this evening and noted that there
will be no action taken by the Commission.
Brean reported that Robert Snuck has resigned as the Airport Manager and the Commission is working
with the City to hire a new manager. He thanked Snuck for his service and noted that he was kind
enough to give the Commission four weeks' notice and he will be leaving April 27, 2018.
Brean reported that there was one response to the Request for Proposals that was issued for the office
space at the Airport from Perception Prime /Avier. He notes that the City is reviewing that and the
Commission will act on it at a future meeting.
Brean noted that the next meeting of the Commission will be held on May 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
