Meeting for Council members called to start at 6:30pm in the Barnet Room of the
Beverly Public Library by Andrew Houle.
Discussion of old news on 2017 outstanding grants:
2017 grant to Mingo Gallery /Katherine Romansky & Andy Bablo for Mural on
Barrel House exterior wall. 4 Mock ups were sent from Artist to owner of Barrel
house; 1 was approved with recommendations from Artist and Andy Houle from
BCC. Hope to start work after Thanksgiving.
2017 grant to Andy Bablo for mural under Beverly - Salem. Work should be
starting any time now.
New item discussion:
Received list from Colleen Michaels of grant recipients from last year who have
yet to file for reimbursement — will send out reminder e- mails.

Discuss need for new members to join Council; each member will bring 1 -3
names for consideration to next meeting.
