Planning Board Site Visit
Thomson calls Planning Board site visit to order at 8:34am and introduces project.
Griffin leads the group on a tour of locations throughout the property staked to indicate
buildings, property lines, and existing or future trails.
Planning Board meeting adjourns at 9:37am.
OSRC Special Meeting
Mann calls OSRC meeting to order at 9:50am.
The Committee express a preference for Concept E. They discuss a relocated path that connects
the proposed new open space fronting on Webster Street to the existing Essex County Greenbelt
Association -owned land with a more natural ridge crossing than the option proposed by the
applicant.
Sharp motions to recommend the Planning Board accept Concept Plan E as the Preferred Plan,
with the condition that an easement or lot line relocation be made to facilitate a path to the
ECGA land (existing) via a ramp feature near the property line and along the top of the ledge.
Seconded by Brewster. The motion passed 6 -0.
