Public Meeting Minutes
Subcommittee: Long Range Planning Committee

Board members present: Mary Behrle, Marshall Handly, Kevin O'Reilly, Joanne Panunzio and
Myron Schirer -Suter
Board members absent: Margaret Altman, Anthony Kline, Ivy Mahan, Neil Olson
Others present: Anna Langstaff, Allison Babin
Recorder: Allison Babin
Mary Behrle presided.
Library trustees met to review the proposed 2019 -2024 strategic plan. After discussing the
proposed plan, it was agreed that Anna Langstaff will incorporate recommendations. Final vote
on strategic plan will be done at the regular September meeting.
After some discussion, Mary Behrle made the motion, seconded by Marshall Handly to:
recommend approval of the Strategic Plan, as amended, to the full board. Motion passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40PM.
