The big expenses in the next fiscal year will be: the Pump House which will likely cost around
$100K. The heating system, (whichis going through CPC process so they won't know about
funding until at least Sept.), portapotties will need to be paid, and they need to refinish the
surface on the veranda.

2 golf outings took place in May though business was down due to weather. They have a few
funerals booked. Next year looks promising so far, 3 weddings have been booked already.
Project updates:
Porch collapse
We are still in discussions with Danco. There was a light missing, the door closures needed to be
added, and therewas supposed to be a bolt attached to the floor with cement to hold the door in
place. Danco had proposed a quick fix solution in place of the bolt. Mr. Richardson would like
it done right the first time. Some additional details need to be addressed before Danco receives
payment.
CPC Round #4Proposal
Mr. Dever and Mr. Lowd met with CPC members again. The heating system project is ranked #3
of 10 projects so they are optimistic, just waiting to hear back from them.
Future Projects Updates
All handicap accessible items that were due for completion for 2017, were completed.

since left Gale and is working for a full - service firm that specializes in interior and exterior
work. Once he is settled in his new firm, Mr. Dever will talk with him about updating the
