PRESENT: Commissioners Brean, Dawe, Faulstich, Gentile, Mahoney, Nelson, and Trefry

A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Mahoney called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading of the Minutes for November 2016 — Chairman Mahoney called for a reading of
the minutes from the November 2016 meeting. Commissioner Trefry made a motion to
accept the minutes, seconded by Vice Chairman Faulstich. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Reading of the Financial Report for November 2016 — Airport Manager Mezzetti presented
the financial report for November 2016. Vice Chairman Faulstich made a motion to accept
the financial report, subject to audit. Commissioner Trefry seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
4. Presentation(s) —
• Airport Solutions Group (ASG) — Craig Schuster updated the commission on the
latest neighbor discussions regarding approach obstructions.
5. Chairman's Report — Chairman Mahoney reported on:
• Status of Airport Manager search
• BAC Officer Elections

• BAC Officer Elections —
Vice Chairman Faulstich made a motion to re -elect Bill Mahoney as Chairman, seconded by
Commissioner Trefry. Motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Trefry made a motion to re -elect August Faulstich as Vice Chairman,
seconded by Commissioner Dawe. Motion passed unanimously.
• Airport Manager Search — Commissioner Dawe explained the selection process to the
commission. Commissioner Trefry made a motion to offer the Airport Manager position to
Mr. Paul Kopplin, seconded by Vice Chairman Faulstich. Motion passed unanimously.
