MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

PRESENT: Commissioners Brean, Dawe, Faulstich, Forgione, Mahoney, Skerry, and Trefry
ABSENT: Commissioners Dettorre, and Nelson
PUBLIC: Ace and Charlene Chase, Dave Graham, Jeff DuBois, Bob Mallard, Craig Schuster, Joe
Gibbons, Ken Robinson, and Wes Rosen
A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Mahoney called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading of the Minutes for November 2015 — Chairman Mahoney called for a reading of
the minutes from the November 2015 meeting. Commissioner Faulstich made a motion to
accept the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Trefry. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Reading of the Financial Report for November 2015 — Airport Manager Mezzetti presented
the financial report for November 2015. Commissioner Faulstich made a motion to accept
the financial report, subject to audit. Commissioner Skerry seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
4. Presentation(s) —
• Jacobs Engineering — Dave Graham informed the commission that RW34 was again
open for night approaches; that FAA would publish RW16 -34's length as 5,001 feet
at their next charting cycle in February; and that Jeff DuBois will meet with KOBO
Electric in May 2016 regarding the A. I. P. TXY Lighting, PAPI, & Guidance Sign
project.
5. Chairman's Report — Chairman Mahoney reported on the status of the Airport Engineer
Consultant selection process.
B. OLD BUSINESS:
1. Subcommittee Reports
• Property/Legal/Finance Subcommittee — No Report
• Noise Abatement Subcommittee — No Report
• Facility Maintenance — Commissioner Faulstich updated the commission on the
reconstruction of Building #45.

• Website Management Subcommittee — Commissioner Forgione said the website
received 1,437 hits in November 2015.
• Other — Commissioner Skerry reported that the RFP opening for the parcel at the
corner of L. P. Henderson Road and Sam Fonzo Road would be on December 15,
2015.
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT:
Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft traffic count, monthly landing fees, New
Admin Building project, airport consultant selection status, changing of airport highway signs from
"Municipal" to "Regional", Battistelli hangar construction, Vegetation Management Plan (VMP)
activities, Beverly Airport segment on BEVCAM cable show, obstruction eliminations, restaurant RFP,
snow removal preparation, and the resigning of Commissioner Dettorre effective 1/1/16.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
Annual election for Airport Commission Chairman and Vice - Chairman were held.
Commissioner Dawe made a motion that Chairman Mahoney be re- elected. Motion was
seconded by Commissioner Faulstich. Motion passed unanimously. There were no motions
made for a Vice - Chairman.
E. TENANT COMMENTS:
• Wes Rosen reported that traffic counts are up.
