Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: Councilor Lang Resolutions: None Public Speakers: None Public Hearings: None Acceptance of Minutes of Previous Meeting: None Presentations, Awards and Memorials: None Communications from His Honor the Mayor: None Communications from other City Officers and Boards: None Communications, Applications & Petitions: None Unfinished Business: Final Passage: None Reports of Committees: #014 The Committee on Legal Affairs, to whom was referred the matter of Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance (New Land Use Categories), have considered said matter and beg leave to report as follows: Submit the accompanying Order and recommend its adoption: ORDERED: That the Beverly City Council and the Beverly Planning Board will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall — 3r Floor, 191 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA, relative to a proposed Amendment to various sections of the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter XXXVIII - Section 35, by establishing new Land Use Categories that support Arts and Creative Economic Sectors, including Artist Live/Work Space, Brewery, Distillery, Winery, and Maker Space. A new section 38 -35 is proposed, creating land use and permitting procedures for Artist /Live Work Facilities. Order read once and adopted.
