PRESENT). THE PIPE DOES ENTER THE WETLAND. THE FLARED END DOES
SHOW AN INCREASE FLOW, THE BROOK FLOWS THROUGH THE ENTIRE
SUBDIVISION.

COMMISSIONER ZAMBOURAS-IT FLOW IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION.

A REVISED WAS SENT OUT TO ALL THE MEMBERS. THERE WILL BE 840
SQUARE FEET OF WETLAND FILLING CLEARANCE AROUND HOUSE.
BUFFER PLANTING WILL BE PLACED AROUND THE RESOURCE AREA WITH
SHRUBBY PLANTS. A THICK COVER WILL PROVIDE MUCH PROTECTION IN THE
AREA. AND ALSO ACROSS THE AREA WHERE THE ROADWAY ACCESSES THE
WETLAND. A SIDEWALK IS TO BE KEPT ON THE SUBDIVISION.
CLAYTON SMALL - QUESTIONED LOT 1 AND THE PROPOSED FILL AREA. TO
BE RECONFIGURED.
WITH THE INFORMATION BEING SUFFICIENT, CLAYTON SMALL MOTIONED TO

CLAYTON SMALL - ALSO QUESTIONED THE CP_%IN LINK FENCE, IT IS NOT ON
THE PLANS.
COOK - TO ADJUST THE FENCE AND PUT IT BACK ON THE SEAWALL. HE
SUGGESTED TO THE APPLICANT RE: THE ¥~iNTENANCE OF THE SEAWALL.
