At a meeting of the Selectmen on the 27th day of February, 1699/1700. Constable William Dodge brought
the following receipt
Boston November 22, 1699. Received of Mr. William Dodge, Constable of Beverly, eighteen pounds,
fifteen shillings, in full of a warrant for the like sum of eighteen pounds, fifteen shillings. Received for
Mr. Tames Taylor, Treasurer.
