Vinnie Cotreau motioned to recess for a PUBLIC HEARING

Joe Manzi excused himself due to "Conflict of Interest"
Felteau expressed the present deck is rotting, wishes to build a new
one; and to screen it in as to avoid mosquitoes.

The chairman expressed the design to placela barrier, silt fence/hag
bales for erosion purposes.

be taken care of before it's put in the lake.
George Batchelder stated to Hoveg, this is a hazardous material.

Bill Liss-Would like to see EPA's numbers.
Peter Gilmore ~uestioned if there's an~ opposition from neighbors?

of parts of Beaver Pond Road area. Will look into it furt'hur.

wetland borderline, re: trees to be removed, we want a description
telling us how the bank will be kept from slumping, also as to how 'the
trees will be removed.
Peter Gilmore showed 'the drain easement, and to extend it to the
wetland.
John Dick-It is six (6) feet six(6) inches, all the way to the Thoreau
line.

Mike Guiliano explained, in 'detail the extent of' the project,
landscaping etc.
Lelito Environmental Consultant Nanc9 M. Jarmon, explained the
wetlands delineations, as stated in the Notice of Intent.
Joe Manzi Ruestioned what's to be stored?
Steve Faust-Small mowers, tools, re: oil and gas, a 5-gallon container
on the trailer(kept in the shed). No ch~emical 'trea'tments will be
stored there. Parking out front, ~nd on both ~side~s.

Faust explained the location of the fence, hand dug holes, posts in
the ground.
Peter Gilmore: Also, label area where car mill be parked.
Steve Faust: A garden tractor will be used to move the mulch around.
Joe Manzi: What material mill be used to build the shed?
Faust: Wood. To show 'the description on an amended plan.
