MEE~'NG CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:45 P.M. Vinnie Cotreau motioned to recess for a PUBLIC HEARING Joe Manzi seconded ALL IN FAVOR FELTEAU Construction of a screened deck 37 Kennell Hill Drive Lot 48, Joe Manzi excused himself due to "Conflict of Interest" Felteau expressed the present deck is rotting, wishes to build a new one; and to screen it in as to avoid mosquitoes.
