1692-12-19 (2)[Selectmen's Meeting December 19, 1692]
At a meeting of the selectmen at the house of Mr. Roger Hoskins the 19th December 1692, I, Benjamin
Trask, did there and then owned that I have sold unto Nehemiah Grover, all my right in that highway
which goeth from the country highway by the house of Hazadiah Smith and so towards our town's
common eastward about forty pole. For the which I, said Benjamin Trask, do acknowledge to have
received full satisfaction of the above said Nehemiah Grover. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
