At a meeting of the Assessors of the town of Beverly, on the 25th day of August, 1704, were two lists of a
Province rate made and committed to Henry Herrick and John Lovett junr., Constables of Beverly, to
collect and pay into the Province Treasurer; Constable Henry Herrick's list amounting to £135:14:02, he is
to pay into the Treasurer £131:16:00; and Constable John Lovett's list amounting to £134:09:01 he is to
pay into the Province Treasurer £ 129:04:00.
