At a meeting of the Assessors May 14th, 1700, were two lists of assessments made for the province, the
list committed to Constable John Tuck being the sum of £19:05:00, the other list committed Constable
William Clark, being the sum of £19:04:00, he to pay the Province treasury £18:05:00.
