Guest Mr. Doig Mr. Lowd called meeting to order and welcomed everyone to the BG &T meeting. Minutes for March Mr. Richardson motioned to accept the minutes for March, seconded by Mr. Lawler. Motion carried 4 -0. Finance Report Mr. Lawler distributed the Finance Report to the Commission Members and reviewed the bills paid for the month of March. Invoices for Carpet and Fireside Tile replacements were approved for payment, motion carried 4 -0. Winter Review — Still awaiting Insurance company adjuster's report of coverage for the collapsed porch and associated damage. Damage identified on course as "Ball Picker" and Post Fence in the driving range that was used as a snow farm. Carter Report Mr. Carter's report was presented by Mr. Dionne. Since no golf being played, report indicates members sign up fees. Mr. Dionne reported 12 new members so far, most others are returning from 2014 and expecting to meet last years membership number. Club House Painting The quote on the painting is $9900 for both ends of the Club House has already been approved, waiting for snow and weather to be in a painting climate to obtain a schedule. CPC Update by Mr. Lowd Mr. Lowd stated that he went to see Mayor Cahill and explained our CPC proposal. He showed Mayor Cahill the pictures that will be submitted with our application. The application for eligibility was approved on March 27. The proposal description is due May 8, and includes the budget and schedule. Close up pictures of the damaged areas of the building were added to the pictures that will be submitted. Work continuing to prepare the CPC Project docs. The Gale List: Reviewed for future project identification Mr. Lawler indicate that plumbing and heating need to be on top of the list. Tennis Report Mr. LaPierre indicated it will take a couple of more weeks to let the courts dry out due to the extra water flowing thru the courts from the melting snow farm on the driving range. The company that has done the grooming of the courts for the last 6 years will be on site as soon as possible. Estimated cost to set the courts up this year is $17,950. Steve Murphy Report Steve noted that the grounds are wet, greens came through very good, he believes they are behind one mowing in the growing season. Activities are picking up from where things left off from the fall and regular maintenance is underway. Noted the pipe under the street is clogged, Rob is working on an idea to clear it. The tree on #4 has not been taken down yet, the equipment is unable to get onto the course, Steve needed material to fill in the #4 hole left side rough, Motion made and passed 4 -0 for this material at a cost of $2022. Steve is also looking for more dirt from Public Services when available, to create some additional tees on the course. Mr. Page Report Thanked the commission for the new carpets during his absence, and noted the harsh winter problems with the old pipe leaks in the building and the very high heating bill, over $6000. Pub will be open full time very soon with menu, need to replace the beer chest in the pub. Motion made and approved for a bottle cooler unit NTE $2500. Quick delivery is expected to support Pub opening. Meeting adjourned at 8:45pm
