Ordered: The Mayor and /or his designee is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute a settlement in the matter of Origen Elliott LLC et al vs. City of Beverly and North Shore Home Consortium on terms that he and /or his designee determine are in the best interests of the City but which shall include an agreement for judgment pursuant to which in consideration of payment, the City will agree that title to the parcel belongs to the Plaintiffs and that the Plaintiffs' mortgage was /is superior to the City's. The mayor and /or his designee will have the authority to sign and execute all documents, including any deeds, easements, grants, agreements, discharges, or other document necessary to finalize the settlement and transfer of interest, 2.
