SUBHITTED PLANS TO THE COMMISSIONERS AT THIS TIME AND STATED THAT NO CHANGE HAS TAKEN PLACE THERE IN 85 YEARS. THERE IS MUCH HISTORY IN THIS SPOT. TALKED ABOUT IT TO THE COMMISSION. ALSO, WHY SHOULD THIS HOUSE BE ALLOWED TO BE BUILT IN THE BUFFER ZONE? DALTON LORING OF 502 HALE STREET, COMMENTED THAT THERE ARE VERY FEW BUILDABLE SPOTS ON THE PROPERTY. STEVE HOLT, A MANCHESTER ARCHITECT AND A FRIEND OF SAM CODMAN, COMMENTED THAT FOR LORING TO BUILD ACROSS FHOH CODNANS PROPERTY, IT BEING A HISTORICAL HOUSE IF "BLASPHEMY.", ETC. ATTY. JUDY PICKETT, DISPROVES OF A SEPTIC SYSTEN FOR THIS SITE. RE: WETLAND PLAN-UNHAPPY WITH IT, WHERE IS THE FILL GOING? THE PLAN SHOWS NO SYMBOL RE: A TREE LEGEND, TELLS OF NO GRADING, NOR VEGETATION. RE: MITIGATION-WE SHOULD KNOW OF PRE AND POST CONSTRUCTION. NOTICE OF INTENT AND THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE SUCH: NOR LANDSCAPING PLANS, TITLE FIVE, SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
