PRESENT: Commissioners Dettorre, DiPaolo, Faulstich, Mahoney, Nelson, Skerry, Vitale,
and White
ABSENT: Commissioners Dawe and Forgione
PUBLIC: Jim Baker, Alan Battistelli, Ace and Charlene Chase, Bill Kossowan, Tom Lyons,
Ken Robinson
A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Vitale called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Reading of the Minutes for December 2014 — Chairman Vitale called for a reading
of the minutes from the December meeting. Vice Chairman Mahoney made a
motion to accept the minutes, seconded by Commissioner Faulstich. Motion
passed unanimously.
3. Reading of the Financial Report for December 2014 — Commissioner White
presented the financial report for December 2014. Vice Chairman Mahoney made
a motion to accept the financial report, subject to audit. Commissioner Dettorre
seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Presentation(s) — None
5. Chairman's Report — Chairman Vitale reported that......... .
• The Building 45 demolition permit will be mailed. The delay is due to the
building being temporarily used as a backup homeless shelter during extreme
cold weather.
• Updated the Commission on the Battistelli hangar and his lawsuit with David
Ellrich.
B. OLD BUSINESS:

Property/Legal/Finance Subcommittee — Vice Chairman Mahoney talked about
the Administration Building meeting held at MassDOT /Aeronautics at Logan
Airport.
Noise Abatement Subcommittee — Vice Chairman Mahoney reported no noise
complaints were received in December 2014.
• Facility Maintenance — Commissioner Faulstich reported that the facilities were
"looking gorgeous ".
Website Management Subcommittee — No Report
• Public Relations Subcommittee — No Report
Airport Safety & Security Subcommittee — Commissioner Skerry reported that
there were no safety or security issues.
C. AIRPORT MANAGER'S REPORT:
• Airport Manager Mezzetti reported on the monthly aircraft traffic count, monthly
landing fee collection, MALS repair, and FYI C. I. P. status.
D. NEW BUSINESS:
Executive Session
Commissioner White called for a motion to enter Executive Session to discuss tenant CPI
increases, seconded by Commissioner DiPaolo. Motion passed unanimously. Roll call was
taken. Commission entered into Executive Session. Motion to exit Executive Session made by
Commissioner Dettorre, seconded by Commissioner Faulstich. Airport Commission back in
regular session. Motion by Commissioner Dettorre to waive all CPI increases for A B
Aviation, Cat Aviation, and North Atlantic Air for five (5) years from their next scheduled
CPI increase. Seconded by Commissioner Faulstich. Motion passed unanimously.
E. TENANT COMMENTS:
• Ace Chase — Killed one deer
• Bill Kossowan — Talked about FAA drone rules and pilot protection rules.
• Tom Lyons —Said C. A. P. membership is at 25 members and that January 31s was
the C. A. P. Fly -In date.
• Jim Baker announced that A B Aviation has changed its name to "Baker Aviation"
