The meeting was called to order at 7pm.
Minutes for November 2013
Mr. Lawler motioned to accept the minutes, seconded by Mr. Richardson. Motion carried 4 -0.
Financial Reports
Mr. Lawler distributed the Financial Reports for October and discussed them with the Commission.
The Carter Report
Mr. Carter distributed a rounds report to the Commission. He did state that the rounds were down 5% from this
the Commission for reimbursement. Mr. Lawler motioned to reimburse GFMA $755 for honoring Bass River Gift
Cards, seconded by Mr. Ascolillo. Motion carried 4 -0.
Mr. Carter stated that he has located a man who can build a fire proof wall. He will ask Mr. Collins for approval to
get a permit and then expedite job.
He also indicated that tennis is all wrapped up.
The Murphy Report
Mr. Murphy indicated that he received loam from the City and finished some rough grade near Goodyear Street.
He will then place seed in the spring. He also aerated the fairways and blew out the sprinklers. Brian stated that
all is well.
The Burt Page Report
Mr. Page indicated that the grill had been steady although the liquor sale had dropped; the food sales had
increased. Customers are happy, they seem to be ahead from last year. They have five weddings booked for next
year and they have a good repore with outings. The people are coming back. He forwarded a letter to Mr. Dunn
regarding the darkness on the handicap ramp.
Mr. Crandall suggested to replace hanging fixtures on the deck with flood lights to illuminate the handicap ramp.
