work and removal of a section of sidewalk at 130 Cabot St. by T Berube Construction have considered said matter and beg leave to report
as follows, to wit:

Ordered that: City Council approve the request that site work and a concrete foundation as well as removal of existing concrete sidewalk,
excavation for foundation work, prep work for new sidewalk and a traffic management plan - to secure the work zone from automobile and
pedestrian traffic and safety issues by installation of fencing to be installed behind jersey barriers, reflective barrels and signage for
motorists and pedestrians at 130 Cabot St.

Beverly Golf & Tennis Club have considered said matter and beg leave to report as follows, to wit:
