Public Hearing
Gary Ciavola - Cross Lane
needs re-explaining on haybales and fill-are you treating differently?
Curt -Yes
Gary - why
Peter: Reg. says applicant can fill 5,000 feet at discretion of commission
cannot except under 1 exception-landowner can fill to construct roadway
to upland if there is no other feasible way to construct.
Question is whether commission will allow this.
Gary: Culvert that borders 2-5 feet during 100 year flood. Could you
explain?
Curt: was recalculated
Alan Grenier: Previous plan was not approved. This plan was in fact more
preferable than the previous.
Leroy Hutt 71 Cross Lane
Are you also planning to build as well as developing the roads?
Alan: We are applying for road ways not construction of home.
Leroy: Whose responsible for building?
Peter When one wants to build a house the owner or builder will have
to come to commission for approval.
Curt: There are 11 lots with Buffer zones-depends on how houses are build
this is detention ponds, roads, etc.
Leroy: Would like to see brook stay open--not put pipe in,
David Cross Lane
Will there be a limit on size of home?
Peter: Yes
David: No one surveyed line to his house.
Curt: There's replication not on your side. How can you replicate an
existing brook?
Curt: We are replicating the habitat not hhe brook.
David: What rules and regulations of building road near a brook?
Peter: No particular regulation that applies to building. How can a
swimming pool not be allowed but a road?
Peter: Not familiar with that.
Debbie Hesslop-111 Cross Lane
attended site visit in 9 of '89, she refused second plan(the engineer), when
did this change happen?
Alan: This plan is less than 5,000 feet so is more preferable
Gary: His property is tremendously wet
Vashak: No culvert is needed there
Peter: How can use lot 12 as access to lot 117
Cut : Can be used.
Peter Would lot 12 expand?
Curt: Could put in a 12' culvert.
Theresa Ciavola: Is there a list of mammals?
Curt: No
Theresa: At walk will there be blasting?
Vashak: Yes, will be blasting all houses have been taken into account.

-3-
Theresa: Are endangered species there?
Curt: None found yet.
Theresa: Any money to continue monitoring in the future?
Curt: Yes
Scott Carr 75 Cross Lane
