HE TRIED TO AVOID AREAS THAT ARE SHALLOW WITH BEDROCK. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE DRIVEWAY ON HERRICK STREET ALSO THERE WILL BE 40 PARKING SPACES. THERE WILL BE NO NEED TO CROSS THE WETLANDS. RE: WATER SUPPLIES, ONLY PUBLIC, NO PRIVATE WATER SUPPLIES. THE GROUNDWATER IS NOT A POTENTIAL HAZARD. FLOOD CONTROL/STORM DAMAGE WILL INCREASE. POST AND PRE DEVELOPMENT.
