1696-05-20[Selectmen's Meeting May 20, 1696]
At a meeting of the Selectmen on the 20th day of May, 1696, then reckoned with Lieut. Andrew Elliott
with respect to money due to him from the town, for the service done by him and General Court in the
year '94 and `95, as also for other disbursements for ammunition for the town, and some disbursement in
the case between Wenham and us, and the town now remains in the said Elliott's debt on the account
above said, the sum of twelve pounds, five shillings and two pence money and no more, any former
record notwithstanding.
