At a legal town meeting of the inhabitants of Beverly, on the 18 day of June, 1695, Benjamin Balch senr,
Nathaniel Wallis, and Nathaniel Stone senr. were chosen to serve on the grand jury, at the next general
session of the peace and inferior court of pleas, to be holden at Salem on the last Tuesday of this instant &
Joseph Eaton, Benjamin Ellingwood, Matthew Butman & Peter Woodbury junr., to serve on the jury of
trials for said court.
