May 9, 1694. At a meeting of the freeholders and other inhabitants of the town of Beverly, legally warned
qualified as the law directs, Richard Ober and Jonathan Trask were chosen to serve on the grand jury, &
Jonathan Biles and Thomas Gage to serve on the jury of trials for the Superior Court of pleas, court of
assize and general goal delivery, to be holden at Ipswich the third Tuesday of this instant May.
