1693-11-08[Town Meeting November 8, 1693] November the 8th, 1693. At a general meeting of the freeholders & other inhabitants of Beverly, qualified according to their Majesties' Royal charter, Mr. Robert Bradford & Edmund Dodge were chosen jurors, to serve on the grand jury at the next court of assize, to be held at Salem on the second Tuesday of this instant November, and Mr. Isaac Woodbury senr., and Isaac Woodbury junr. And Philip Whit & Ebenezer Woodbury, to serve on the jury of trials for said court. At the same meeting of the freeholders & other inhabitants of the town of Beverly, qualified according to law, on the 8th November 1693 it was then voted that there shall be no town highway, from the country road by William Bradford's barn, to Capt. Dodge's sawmill.
