1691-11-20[Selectmen November 20, 1691]
At a meeting of the selectmen at the house of Abigail Stone widow, on the 20th day of November in the
year 1691. Then said selectmen did reckon with William Bath, for said Bath's keeping of Joshua Turland,
unto the day of the date hereof, and so until 27 January 1692: at which time or before said selectmen do
hereby promise in the behalf of the town, to pay unto this said Bath eleven pounds, which will be in full
of all accounts between said town & and said Bath.
Charlestown, 10 October, 1690. Then received by Mr. Samuel Stone, from he & Robert Briscoe
Constable of Beverly, twenty pounds in part of the two money rates & half of said town.

Charlestown, 19 June, 1691. Then received of Mr. Robert Briscoe Constable of Beverly, the sum of five
pounds in bills of credit, it in part of the last two money rates and a half and sixty -six pounds, thirteen
shillings & four pence in bills of credit & bills charged on him, in part of the ten rates, and eighty -four
pounds, eight shillings & ten pence, in bills of credit in part of the twenty rates of said town all as money.
