Capital Improvement by Mr. Dunn
Mr. Dunn reviewed and updated the Commission on the construction driven by the
accessibility issue. The membrane that was placed on the veranda was originally the
wrong type. The glue was applied incorrectly to the rubber membrane allowing bubbles
to form. The contractor did three mock trials, which failed; resulting in the manufacturer
to be called in for the installation of the rubber membrane. This caused them to lose time
in their schedule. They are however working around Mr. Page's schedule of events
inside the clubhouse.

of all tournaments and events to take place for all the members. The new cart barn is
being utilized. The beverage cart is in operation, especially when the leagues are
running.

up loam and buying loam to cover 14. They are all seeded and irrigated. The city is
coming in to do more work on the maintenance garage. He would like to see hot top
eventually by the maintenance garage. He wants to landscape the clubhouse, wants to
regrade the front lawn with new irrigation, landscape the new ramp, even out the grade.
He asks the Commission to briefly go out to the ramp area. Mr. Murphy would like to
transplant the burning bushes from the parking lot near the tennis building over to the
ramp area to act as a barrier of sorts. He will even out some of the grade and apply 6"
edging to prevent the soil from washing away. He will also lay down PVC to allow for
wiring; Mr. Dunn indicated that lighting might be installed along the walk. He would
like to start this ASAP. He asks the Commission for approx. $3600.
