Capital Improvement Report
The next priority is completing the bid process on the lifts, the reconstruction of the
ramp, with two alternates. The lowest bid is $440,400 from a non -union company.
The architect will put the plans together and this company should be accepted.
The next course of action will be bathrooms, ceilings heights and doorways etc. Not sure
what surprises will be found when starting these areas. That will leave approximately
$32,000; lets see how we get through the winter before we commit to any other expense.
The Carter Report
Mr. Carter indicated that October was a decent month; they were up 500 rounds.
November also had a few good days of golf. New England is up 6.6% in golf play and
playing more 9 hole rounds. The membership drive was successful with 19 new
members.
Mr. Carter also stated that cart repairs have gone through the roof. There have been more
cart repairs and they are now still being stored outside. He wants to have a new cart lease
next year and wants to store all carts inside. That will eliminate the fencing outside
where the carts are stored presently.

Memorial Bench. Attached to the letter is an order form. Mr. Dunn suggested working
with the engineering dept. to locate spots on the golf course where benches can be
displayed.
