PUBLIC PRESENT: none.
• A quorum being present the meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M by chair - person

• OLD BUSINESS:
• Communications and correspondence: None
• A motion was made by Don Berrman to accept the March and April, 2012 minutes as
written and seconded by Muriel Zaginailoff All present voted to accept. The May meeting was
cancelled.
• Prospective new members: None
• Operation alert: Ongoing: A single point of contact has to be appointed by the Mayor.
• NEW BUSINESS:
• BevCam Report: No report available.
• RFP Status: Dan's June 22 letter to the commission and Dave Gelineau stated that the 2
remaining issues with BevCam were not show stoppers and should not prevent
finalization of the contract. These issues will be addressed at the first joint meeting with
BevCam on July 19th, 2012
The Q3 joint meeting with BevCam is scheduled for July 19th, 2012 at BevCam's
office, 7:00 P.M., Beverly High School. The Q4 joint meeting is scheduled for October
18th, 2012. The Q1 2013 joint meeting is scheduled for January 17th, 2013.

• Search for new commission members.

• I -Net build out. Ongoing
• CAC's future needs in their mission statement.
• The next meeting will be held at the BevCam office, Beverly High School, on
Thursday, July 19 at 7:00 P.M.
At 8:04 P.M., Eric motioned to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned.
