request out to the Mass. Historic Commission for a match grant for the windows. The lift
will be more than or about $300,000. We don't have enough money left to finish
everything. The lift and handicap accessibility improvements need and must be done by
the end of this year. Met with the Architect 10 days ago, will play with numbers. The
ramp wont need to be completely destroyed. We will put windows out to bed when
ready.
