Election of officers moved to April meeting.

ADA Report:
Art Daignault reports that he has filed several complaints:
• Home Style Laundry: Complaint filed with Department of Justice being mediated.
• Dunkin Donuts on Enon Street: Complaint regarding the weight of the door. The door has been
fixed.
• Roller Palace: Complaint regarding the handicapped parking signs which are too high and are too
far from the parking spaces.
The parking surveys have been redesigned with the assistance of Tina.
A final inspection of 9 Mill Street was conducted and a report sent to Larry Demers, building inspector
for the City of Beverly.
Art is working with the developers of 60 Pleasant Street to insure compliance.
The next meeting of the Commission is April 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Y floor.
