PUBLIC PRESENT:
• Walter Kosmowski (BEVCAM), Paul Earl (BEVCAM).
A quorum being present the meeting was called to order at 7:05.00 P.M.
• Old business:
• Communications and correspondence: None
• The March minutes were amended, voted on, and accepted.
• Operation alert: Ongoing, Walter is pursuing.
• Bevcam's move to the new high school will be complete on April 18. Open house is
Tuesday, May 3, 2011, from 5:30 -7.30. There will be a special presentation along with
city executives present. Cable cast will be moving to BHS soon.
• New business:
• BevCam report: Walter Kosmowski presented the March BevCam report re: staff,
production schedule, project outreach, technical issues and financials.
• Contract talks with Comcast are proceeding satisfactorily with both parties. A meeting
with Mayor Scanlon is scheduled for Thursday, May 19 2011.
• Walt reported that there are 12 drops in the remodeled field house for broadcast use.
Also the studio in a suitcase has been used 6 times so far.
• New CATVAC member Alex Ushakoff was approved and accepted for next
month .... welcome aboard to Alex.
• Open issues

The next meeting is Thursday May 19, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at BevCam location in the Memorial
Building, 502 Cabot St. Beverly.
At 8:12 P.M. the meeting was adjourned.
