Daniel Murphy - Chairman, George Johnson, Al Torsey, Eric Overberg, Don Berman,
Alex Ushakoff, Neil Overberg — Alternate.
COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT:
Daniel Murphy - Chairman, George Johnson, Eric Overberg, Don Berman, Al Torsey,
and Alex Ushakoff.
PUBLIC PRESENT:
• Walter Kosmowski (BEVCAM),
A quorum being present the meeting was called to order at 7:05.00 P.M.
• Old business:
• Communications and correspondence: None
• The September minutes were amended, voted on, and accepted.
• Dan asked board to suggest new members. We have 6, could have 9
• Operation alert: There has been no response from the city yet. Walt asked for a copy of
Dan's letter to the city. He will e -mail all a copy.
• New business:
• BevCam report: Walter Kosmowski presented the September BevCam report re: staff,
production schedule, project outreach, technical issues and financials.
• Walt discussed pre election BevCam TV schedule. Election night coverage will be
broadcast from BevCam studio.
• Dan discussed future commission meetings. It was agreed to meet in November and
December, then possibly every 6 weeks or so in 2012. Don suggested meeting at the
library in the future, however, parking could be an issue.
• Dan received a BevCam employee list from Walt.
• Open issues
• Search for new commission members.
• Operation alert.
The next meeting is Thursday November 17th, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at Bevcam's studio
location in the Beverly High School.
At 8:25 P.M. the meeting was adjourned.
