COMMISSION MEMBERS:
Daniel Murphy - Chairman, George Johnson, Al Torsey, Eric Overberg, Don Berman,
Alex Ushakoff, Alternate - Neil Overberg.

and Alex Ushakoff.
PUBLIC PRESENT:
• Walter Kosmowski (BEVCAM),
A quorum being present the meeting was called to order at 7:05.00 P.M.
• Old business:
• Communications and correspondence: None
• The October minutes were amended, voted on, and accepted.
• Dan asked board to suggest new members. A lengthy discussion followed on methods
to recruit new members. Walt said he would create a PSA to be run on Beverly channels
10 & 22. It was suggested that the mayor be asked for ideas also.
• Operation alert: Ongoing. there has been no response from the city yet.
• New business:
• BevCam report: Walter Kosmowski presented the November BevCam report re: staff,
production schedule, project outreach, technical issues and financials.
• Dan discussed future commission meetings for 2012. It was decided to cancel the
December 2011 meeting. Due to BevCam financials, it was decided to meet January,
April, July, and October in 2012.
• RFP status: Dan spoke to Dave Gelineau who said at that time it was on John Dunn's
desk for edification. Dan said he would continue pursuing.
• Open issues
• Search for new commission members.
• Operation alert.
The next meeting is Thursday January 19 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at Bevcam's studio
location in the Beverly High School.
At 8:03 P.M. the meeting was adjourned.
