The Dunn Report Mr. Dunn indicated that there wasn't much activity to report on. He did indicate that there was a dispute regarding who stamps the plan. Mr. Collins can stamp the plans for the foundation but will review the remaining building plans in detail before considering stamping them. The Carter Report Mr. Carter stated that rounds were better than last December. He did research a net by the wedding cake; two 50' poles with 100' of netting. The poles would have to be drilled into ledge 7' to 8' deep to secure them; costing a significant amount of money. The Commission will address the issue further in the spring; possibly placing a spotter there for a weekend to see where the majority of the balls fly. The McHugh Report The pump house experienced a major computer failure in September. Mr. Collins recommended a company to assess the problem; bottom line a new operating system for the pumps. The irrigation system cannot be run without it. One of the inverters has blown; to replace one inverter is 90% of the cost to replace the whole system. This new system will install separate inverters for each pump making it fail safe. Mr. McHugh will get other estimates for next meeting.
