Old Business:
Motion to approve the minutes of the December 16, 2010 meeting made by Michele Gordon, seconded by
John Swain. Approved 5 -0
It was decided that not having meetings in January and February worked well and that we will continue to
take those months off in the future.
Candace Pike will contact Tina Cassidy to get the results of the HP Parking patrols in December 2010.
New Business:
John Swain is going to talk to the owner of the Depot Dinner and discuss changing the layout of the lines
in the parking lot so that the access isle lines up with the curb cut.
ADA Report:
Arthur Daignault reports that he talked with Mayor Scanlon regarding the Visual Arts Center at Endicott
College. The new architect came up with new plans to bring the center into compliance that was approved
by the Archetectural Access Board.
The Italian Community Center is seeking a variance. Art will look into it.
The next meeting of the Commission is April 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Y floor.
