MINUTES OF MEETING

Old Business:
Tina Cassidy reports that the HP patrols in December were profitable. We will discuss future patrols at
our next meeting. Tina will get the printout of the HP tickets for the past few months.
Tina Cassidy reports that the commission can charge a reasonable fee for site evaluations with the money
going in to the commission's account.
New Business:
Jeffrey Dougan reports that a House Bill 2883 presented by Rep. Bruce Ayers of Quincy will remove
control of handicapped parking fines from the Commission on Disabilities. The bill will require the
creation of a new board to control use of the money and put the fines into the general funds.
Jeffrey Dougan also states that the MA office on disabilities will conduct a site evaluation of the new
High School prior to the city signing off on it's completion if the city would like.

The next meeting of the Commission is May 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Y floor.
