Bruce calls the meeting to order.
1. 152 Conant Street — Lahey Beverly — Jay Kahn, The Sign Center, 40 Orchard Street,
Haverhill, MA 01830
Mr. Kahn presents the sign design to the Board. He is proposing two identical wall signs to be
installed along the top of the office building. The aluminum and lexan letters will be blue and
internally illuminated. There will also be a shield logo in blue and white. The entire sign, including
logo, will measure 153.7" in length by 51" in height. The letters range in height from 22.8" down
to 9.6 ". Mr. Kahn states that the signs comply with the variance obtained by the building's owners
for signage.
Newhall states that she does not have any questions or concerns.
Bruce asks if the Building Inspector signed off on the application. Newhall states that her copy has
his signature noting that the sign complies with zoning.
Newhall: Motion to approve the sign design as presented, seconded by Bruce. All in favor.
2. Approval of Minutes — June 2, 2011 Meeting
Bruce: Motion to approve the minutes as presented, seconded by Newhall. All in favor.

There is no new /other business to discuss.
