The Committee on Finance & Property to whom was referred the matter of communication from the Mayor relative
to the Health Insurance Reform Act have considered said matter and beg leave to report as follows, to wit:
Submit the accompanying order and recommend its adoption
Ordered: That pursuant to subsection (a) of section 21 of Chapter 32B of the General Laws
as most recently amended by Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2011, the City Council of the City
of Beverly hereby approves and elects the use of sections 22 and 23 of Chapter 32B of
the General Laws for the purpose of implementing health insurance benefit changes.
Order read once and adopted 9 -0 Vote Roll Call Vote
