09/08/09 Meetin Minutes
Meetin called to order at 7:00 p.m.

The meetin minutes for Au were reviewed and accepted.
The finance report was reviewed and accepted.
Updates on Improvements:
Remodelin b Janet Gaffe
Ms. Gaffe presented a proposal to the Commission re remodelin of the
Pro-Shop. Her proposal detailed the interior desi as well as fixtures, restorin
the firepl ADA doors and bath/chan room. She did indicate that this
pricin was initiated at the end of Jul and would not differ greatly.
Mr. Dunn indicated that he would forward a list of cit contractors to Ms. Gaffe
to invite to bid and would move forward from there.
Mr. Klein indicated that $2500 has previousl been approved for her desi He
also asked Ms. Gaffe to continue with the plannin process, bids on plumbin
and electrical, ADA bathrooms and other specifics mentioned before the
Commission approves further processes.
Maintenance Buildin Update:
Mr. Dunn indicated that there were holes in the g round, water flowin in holes
and then will be sent to lab. At some point in the future we will g et the g o ahead
to proceed. This is a slow movin process.
The second buildin has been put out to bid. The bids were due in on Thursda
9./l 0 and will proceed accordin to the bids.
Stora Buildin
Mr. Lowd has provided the Commission with a color coded dia re
which cart paths need repair or redone. He has met with Mr. Dunn and Mr.
collies and Mr. Miller ( course builder) re movin forward with this process.
He is also consultin with en re abbutters, draina issues and
concom re
Bass River Updates:
Mr. Barros stated that his staff is doin a g reat job considerin the problems the
inherited when the came on board. He also indicated that the issues at hand r
lon overdue but are movin forward.

New Business:
Ms. Ash indicated that the Cit Council has the new membership
recommendations and the will hopefull vote b October meetin She also
asked the Commission to pa for a new mirror in the lad locker room and in
researchin a defribulator to purchase. She will brin more info to next meetin
She also indicated that the have all the g reens covers the need for the winter.
Mr. Klein took this opportunit to discuss the letter he received re fund
raisin bein conducted on da other than Monda Members are concerned
that this ma develope into a "trend". Mr. Klein read the contract section
re this specific matter. He also stated that the contract will be adhered to
and tournaments for fundraisin will onl be conducted on Monda with the
exception off Ma tournaments or rain dates. He also stated that Bass River
has done a fantastic job followin and abidin b the contract.
Mr. Klein, Chairman, has declined to open meetin to the public.
