Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Opening Remarks
Mr. Lowd welcomed the Commission members and GFMI.
Minutes of April
No quorum, no vote could be taken.
Finance Report
Report distributed the YTD budget reports to the Commission members
present.
Capital Improvement Review by John Dunn
Mr. Dunn's Capital improvements report was distributed an up -to -date
spreadsheet reviewing budgeted and expended totals of current and future
projects.
Maintenance Building Update
Proposed timeline was presented for information.
Course Improvements
The cart paths are complete. Mr. Murphy states a good job was done; and
only the curbs need to be done.
Club House/Pro Shop
The roof and dormer work on the clubhouse underway. Mr. Page is
concerned about the scaffolding while weddings are taking place. Mr. Dunn
indicates to keep communication open with contractors; they are aware of
the concern. No scaffolding has been in the way.
Pro Shop has curtain in Dave's office to complete this area.
The Murphy Report
Nursery being set up on side of 13 fairway.
Still working to complete work on Tees 3,4 and 14
Need to do work drainage work on 15,16 and 17 as well as bunkers on 2 & 7
The LaPierre Report
Tennis is up about 10% over last year.
The Carter Report
220 members and growing. GFMI has paid $325,000 and is paid in full for
this year.
The Burt Pate Report
Mr. Page asked if the curtains behind the upstairs bar could be replaced.
Holding to next meeting.
Mr. Page again indicated that National Grid will review the heating usage
over the past 5 years and will make some cost affective recommendations
before the winter season approaches.
The McHugh Report
Mr. McHugh indicated the course survived the winter well and all is under
way.
