Guest(s):
1. Old Business:
a. Motion to approve the minutes of the December 16, 2010 meeting made by
Michele Gordon, seconded by John Swain. Approved 5 -0.
b. It was decided that not having meetings in January and February worked well
and that we will continue to take those months off in the future.
c. Candace Pike will contact Tina Cassidy re: results of the HP Parking patrols
in December 2010.
2. New Business:
a. John Swain is scheduling a meeting with the owner of the Depot Dinner
regarding changing the layout of the lines in the parking lot so that there is
better and safer access.
3. ADA Report:
a. Arthur Daignault reports that he had a discussion with Mayor Scanlon
regarding the Visual Arts Center at Endicott College. Dr. Wyle has hired a
new architect to review the plans and submit a plan to the AAB for approval.
b. The Italian Community Center is seeking a variance, which will be review by
the ADA Coordinator and a response will be submitted to the Board.
The next meeting of the Commission is April 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
at City Hall, 3 rd floor.
