Alyse Gause presided.
Library trustees met to review survey for the long range plan.
Trustees reviewed survey questions.
Pat will send follow -up email to representative community members.
Alyse would like to include an insert in the survey highlighting the Friends of the Beverly Public
Library, library newsletter, and community -wide reading program. Raffle ticket will be attached
to survey.
Survey draft will be discussed at the next regular meeting on Tuesday, January 25, 2011.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:55 PM.
