Motion to approve the minutes of the November 18, 2010 meeting made by Michele Gordon, seconded by
John Swain. Approved 5 -0
John Swain, Butch Towne and Karen Bloodgood require reappointment to the board. The Mayor will
forward letters to the City Council.
Tina Cassidy will talk to Chief of Police Ray to arrange for handicapped parking patrols on December
24 26 and 31 2010.
ADA Report:
Arthur Daignault reports that Dr. Wyle of Endicott College fired the architect for the arts Center and hired
a new one. As a result Art and the Mayor postponed a meeting with Endicott and the AAB. Compliance
by January 12011 is desired.
Jackie Higgins of the MOD reports that the high school is almost perfect from an accessibility point of
view. The only concerns are that there are no accessible stoves and handles on the janitorial closets must
be fixed. These concerns are being addressed.
The next meeting of the Commission is March 17 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, Y floor.
